- Individual therapy sessions: $130/hr
- Timing of appointments are based on need and ability. Typical sessions last from 30 to 45min. Sessions are billed to include preparation time for the therapist (e.g. 45min face to face therapy and 15 min prep time; billed at $130.)
- Consultative services (school meetings, special program planning, etc.) are billed at $130/hr.
- Travel time may be charged for service to some locations.
Canada Revenue considers Speech Pathology services to be a tax deductible medical expense. They are GST exempt.
Many health insurance plans cover Speech Pathology services. Speech Smart is happy to provide proof of registration for therapists.
